Please take a moment to read these before booking. When you book a session, you'll be asked to confirm that you've read and agree to each of the sections below.
What a Reading May Be Like
Every reader works a little differently, and your session may weave together intuitive guidance, mediumship, card readings, and more. Each reader is trained to share what they receive for your highest good.
We will always do our best to connect with the person you're hoping to reach, but that connection can never be guaranteed — and no refunds are given if a specific person doesn't come through. Come with an open mind and an open heart; the messages that arrive are often the very ones you're meant to receive.
Refund Policy
All payments are final. There are no refunds for any reason once payment has been received.
Professional readers. During a reading with one of our professional readers, if after the first five minutes you do not feel you are a good fit with your reader, you may request to stop. You will then have the option to rebook — with the same reader or a different one. This may be done one time.
Student readers. All student readings are final — there are no refunds and no rescheduling. As they are still in training, our student readers will practice different ways of connecting during your session.
Privacy & Recording
We respect your privacy. What you share in your reading stays between you and your reader.
We do not record readings. Sessions are created without recording, and the recording control is switched off for everyone in the call — including your reader.

On Demand Readings is a platform that connects you with independent psychic mediums and readers. Each reader is an independent practitioner, responsible for their own services, conduct, and the content of their readings. Readers are not employees or agents of On Demand Readings or Laurie Smith.
We take genuine care in who we welcome into our community, but On Demand Readings and its founder do not control, supervise, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or outcome of any individual reading. Your reading is a personal experience between you and the reader you choose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, On Demand Readings, Laurie Smith, and the team are not liable for any decisions you make, actions you take, or results that follow from a reading. Any guidance you receive is yours to consider and act upon at your own discretion.
