Cancellation, Refund & Credit Policy 48 Hours or More Before Your Reading If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, your payment will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
Less Than 48 Hours Before Your Reading If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, your payment will be converted into a credit toward a future reading.
You may choose the same Reader or a different person when you rebook. Credits never expire and may be transferred to another recipient.
After you cancel, you will receive an email with a rebooking code to be entered at checkout when rebooking.
Reader or On-Demand Reading Cancellation If your Reader or on-demand reading is canceled, your payment is refunded in full to your original payment method. You are welcome to rebook with the Reader of your choosing.
By paying for your reading, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and refund terms.
Any reading credit you applied returns to its original code. A new rebooking code covers only the amount you paid by card. If you paid entirely with a credit, that credit returns to its original code instead of a new one.
